Job Description
• Assist with all stages of commercial real estate transactions.
• Perform due diligence on properties and contracts.
• Prepare and review legal documents and agreements related to property matters.
• Keep up to date of changes in real estate law and regulations.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties in a professional manner.
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.
A successful Real Estate Paralegal should have:
