COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / ASSOCIATE – LEEDS

Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate – This is an exciting opportunity within a relatively new and growing team offering a fantastic mix of quality regional and national commercial property work. The role is for an NQ-4 to support one of the main Partners in the team, whilst taking responsibility for your own files. As a result, you will benefit from developing a close working relationship with one of the most experienced and respected lawyers in the Yorkshire market.

• Previous Experience: The role is very mixed involving everything from landlord and tenant, acquisitions / disposals to ‘big-ticket’ development work. The client is looking broadly and is keen to hear from lawyers who want exposure to a broad range of work involving both private and public sector work.

WORKING WITH HIGH PROFILE CLIENTS

The work on offers any candidate the chance to develop their knowledge to become a fully rounded commercial property lawyer. This is a relatively new team and the Partner heading up the department is looking for a solicitor who wants to get involved on a variety of instructions from acquisitions and disposals to landlord and tenant work at varying levels of complexity. The team also work with a number of high profile public sector clients.
