Commercial Property Solicitor – Liverpool
We are currently recruiting for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join this highly respected real estate team in Liverpool. We are keen to speak to experienced Associates and Senior Associates who are looking for their next challenge.
- Title: Associate / Senior Associate
- Location: Liverpool
- Salary: £60,000 – £75,000
- Contract: Permanent / full time
- Work pattern: Permanent
- Reports to: Partner
- Ideal experience: Sound commercial property experience gained in a reputable real estate team. Experience of real estate acquisitions / disposals and landlord / tenant work
Key elements of the role
You will become part of an established Real Estate team advising a diverse client base including developers, investors, occupiers and lenders across a wide range of commercial property transactions.
The role offers exposure to:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Sale and leaseback transactions
- Landlord and tenant matters, acting for both landlords and tenants
- Lease negotiations and ancillary documentation
- Development site acquisitions and disposals
- Development agreements
- Property portfolio management work
- Title review, reporting and due diligence
- Heads of terms negotiations
- Cross-practice transactions including supporting on corporate M&A work
You will also play an important role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers while contributing to business development initiatives and helping to further strengthen the firm’s real estate offering.
Who they are looking for

- Significant experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong Landlord & Tenant expertise
- Experience handling a broad range of transactional property matters
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a wider team
- Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
- An interest in networking and business development
- A desire to continue developing technically and professionally
Candidates currently operating at Associate, Senior Associate or equivalent level are encouraged to apply.
