An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded London Real Estate team that continues to grow through a strong pipeline of quality work.
Unlike many larger real estate practices, this close-knit team offers the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility early, work directly with experienced Partners and play a genuine role in the continued growth of the practice.
High-quality, varied commercial property work
You’ll advise an established client base including developers, investors, occupiers and lenders across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leasing
- Portfolio management
- Development site acquisitions and disposals
- Development agreements
- Corporate real estate support
- Working alongside colleagues in Construction and other specialist teams on larger transactions
The team’s work spans a number of thriving sectors including retail, leisure, development and investment property, providing an excellent breadth of experience.

About you
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with approximately 2+ years’ PQE who can demonstrate:
- Strong commercial real estate experience
- Solid landlord and tenant expertise
- Excellent technical and drafting skills
- A commercial, pragmatic approach
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- An interest in networking and business development
- A collaborative approach and desire to mentor junior colleagues
