Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Associate or Senior Associate
Our client is considering candidates with a very broad range of PQE – from 1 PQE to 10 PQE+. Depending on your background, they will also consider candidates looking to retrain from one area of injury work into clinical negligence.

- Job title: Associate / Senior Associate
- Location: National / remote working also considered
- Work pattern: Fill time; hybrid
- Salary: £48,000 to £65,000
- Experience: 1 PQE to 6 PQE – Proven experience of claimant or defendant clinical negligence

The roles can be based across the firm’s national network of offices and offer genuine opportunities for progression, strong mentoring and exposure to technically challenging work within supportive and collaborative teams.
The Partners will also consider candidates looking to work remotely depending on your experience.
What kind of matters will you be working on
You can expect to be involved in a wide range of clinical negligence matters, including:
- Birth and neonatal injury claims
- Brain injury litigation
- Spinal injury claims
- Surgical negligence cases
- Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims
- Fatal claims and inquest-related matters
- Complex, multi-track litigation
You will have direct client contact from an early stage and play an active role in progressing cases through all stages of the litigation process.
About you
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with approximately 1–10 years’+ PQE who can demonstrate:
- Experience in claimant or defendant clinical negligence litigation (we would also welcome candidates with experience in other areas of personal injury).
- Strong drafting, analytical and case management skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- A proactive and organised approach
- A genuine interest in healthcare litigation and clinical negligence law
