CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE 2+ PQE – MANCHESTER
Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Our client is actively seeking an experienced clinical negligence solicitor, at Associate or Senior Associate level to assist one of the key Partners within the Manchester team. Ideally from a defendant background, you will take on a busy caseload working for a range of clients including health organisations such as major NHS trusts as well as private health organisations.

- Previous Experience: 2 PQE + clinical negligence. Defendant experience is preferred. Please note, the PQE bracket is given for the purposes if indication only. Should you fall outside this bracket, but possess the right kind of experience we would still be interested in hearing from you.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a consistently strong academic record coupled with excellent technical ability. A top tier background would certainly be of interest. However, our client always wishes to attract candidates from a broad talent pool. They will also consider candidates from a claimant background.
