- Previous claims handling experience;

- Professional indemnity experience in a claims handling capacity or through assisting more senior fee earners with professional indemnity work.
- Some other transferable skill set – for instance, you may have gained experience in other areas such as commercial litigation, property litigation, financial mis-selling or debt recovery. The hiring managers will also potentially consider those with personal injury experience.
