This highly-regarded complex injury team is looking for an ambitious associate who is keen to develop their career in catastrophic injury. Whether you are starting out in your career as a qualified solicitor or have a number of years of PQE, we would be interested in hearing from you.
Varied catastrophic injury matters across numerous sectors
You will manage and assist on a varied caseload of complex personal injury matters, including:
- Catastrophic and life-changing injury claims
- Brain and spinal injury cases
- High-value RTA litigation
- Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims
- Fatal accident and dependency claims
- Complex liability disputes
- Multi-million-pound settlements and litigation
Clients of the team work across various sectors meaning solicitors gain access to a varied and challenging caseload.
