• Reports to: Partner
• Expertise: We require a strong understanding of the litigation process. Experience in catastrophic injury cases is preferred, but candidates with a broad range of skills will be considered.

More about working in the large loss team

As an NQ-3 PQE Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in the team, assisting on a range of complex personal injury cases including brain injuries, spinal cord cases, and amputation claims. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing medical records
• Drafting detailed witness statements
• Instructing counsel and medical experts
• Attending court hearings, Conferences with Counsel, and MDT meetings
