Catastrophic Injury / Large Loss – Associate or Senior Associate
This is a fantastic opportunity with a nationally regarded catastrophic injury team. Clients range from ‘tier 1’ insurers to well-known corporates operating across various sectors. The team is looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate anywhere from 1 PQE+.

- Reports to: Partner
- Expertise: Proven catastrophic injury / complex multi track experience wanted. Defendant experience preferred.
Catastrophic injury lawyers with RTA and / or EL/PL experience
The work is a mix of RTA and EL/PL. The Partners are looking for candidates with proven experience of handling complex injury matters.
Candidates with less experience will be encouraged to support more experienced fee earners, while those with more experience including Senior Associate level should have more in-depth experience including setting case strategy.

Examples of catastrophic injury work undertaken by the team includes:
- Head injuries
- Spinal injuries
- Amputations
- Fatalities
