Business Crime / Regulatory Associate Solicitor – The highly regarded business crime team of this leading top 100 law firm is looking for a solicitor / Associate to join their outstanding team. The department specialises in all areas of white-collar crime including financial fraud, tax fraud and other actions involving the FCA and Serious Fraud Office.
Role and responsibilities

- Reports to: Head of Business Crime and Regulatory Team
- Previous experience: proven experience in regulatory and business crime including fraud.
Introduction to the team
The business crime team has an established practice in business fraud and regulatory. They have defended many complex cases brought by the FCA including tax fraud and other areas such as computer crime. The team also defends against investigations in relation to health and safety and regulatory work.
Their client base can be anything from high-profile business leaders to companies facing serious allegations of financial fraud. This is a highly complex area of law and the firm’s reputation is impeccable.
Level of experience
The team has an opening for a solicitor or associate with around 1 years PQE or more. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a solid background in business crime. The department is also prepared to look at exceptional criminal lawyers with a more generic background, though fraud experience would certainly be a major advantage.
