Join leading team specialising in yachts and other luxury assets – The successful candidate will act for lenders or borrowers on all aspects of the transaction. You will also be expected to give more general corporate and commercial advice in relation to the sale and purchase of superyachts, how best to structure their ownership as well as their management and supply.

- Previous Experience: Ideally previous experience of asset finance especially in relation to luxury assets such as yachts and / or private jets
Asset finance work with specialism in shipping
With an established international client base, the team advises a wide range of operators including:
- Yacht owners;
- Financiers;
- Brokers;
- project managers; and
- designers.
Whether acting for banks or borrowers, you should be familiar with everything from term sheets to loan documentation, conditions precedent and subsequent as well as having a thorough grasp of the mechanics of drawdown and their impact on the transaction.
